Hey there! I'm Joe Sladek, and I've been proudly serving as a State Farm Agent for 37 years. But before diving into the insurance world, I actually grew up on a charming farm in Iowa, surrounded by picturesque landscapes and hardworking folks.

After finishing my time on the farm, I ventured off to Iowa State University, where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting and agriculture business. But my quest for knowledge didn't stop there! I also became a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, diving deep into the intricacies of insurance.

Now, let's talk about my biggest pride and joy - my family. With a grand total of 6 children and 3 adorable grandchildren (so far!), my heart is filled to the brim with love and joy. Family is everything to me, and I cherish every moment spent with them.

But my passion extends beyond just family - I've also dedicated a significant chunk of my life to coaching soccer. Whether it's coaching AYSO, high school teams, or club soccer, I've spent a solid 15 years helping young athletes hone their skills and grow as individuals. It's a rewarding experience that I wouldn't trade for the world.
